I couldn't resist a quote from Xena, Warrior Princess, cause who's cooler than that. Maybe Wonder Women. Or Buffy... You get the idea. Anyway - this post isn't about GirlPower heroes - we'll save that for next time, but it's about optimism, and having a positive mental attitude. You don't have to be a Pollyanna but things are usually not as bad as they seem, and if they are, a little looking on the bright side will help you get through.
It's true - people with positive energy attract good things to them - other people with positive energy, great possibilities and other great things. Resolve to be positive - try for a day. I'm going to - and I'll let you know how it goes.
